When you hear the word 'Project California', what's the first thing that comes to your mind? Well, for me the word just was like any other normal word that triggered tiny sparks on my mind. As usual, with the company that I am associated with, the word PROJECT was more often considered as an initiative and in layman terms it would be something good. Now no one can help when words used in corporate environment to glorify the rationale behind any senior management decision. However its bound to be taken and its also bound to leave an impact.

To summarise my blog I guess its politically correct to relate the Project California mania to the famous saying - "A diplomat is someone who can tell you to go to hell in such a way that you will look forward to the trip."

Just these few lines should have made my folks realise what I mean. All I can just say is All the Best!
